The TV and premium video spaces are evolving at a blistering pace. No surprise given the size of the potential prize for those players who successfully master the various advanced formats like CTV and Addressable.
However, legacy technical infrastructure and entrenched commercial models make this evolution all the more challenging, prompting companies to ask the tough questions about their product offerings, their business models, their organisational models and everything in between.
Our consultants work alongside existing teams to help them navigate these challenges in order to define and deliver future competitive advantage.
Our approach is collaborative and pragmatic. We work to develop tailored strategies & solutions that take into account a company’s unique position in relation to both the market as well as the latest industry trends.
